HOW DO I GET A COPY OF MY INVOICE?

You can download a pdf of your invoice on the CONFIRMATION page once completing your registration. If you already registered, you can access your Invoice by logging in here: INVOICE PAGE

GROUP PURCHASES

We are excited to host your group for the 2024 African-American Leadership Conference! We have worked hard to make registering a group as easy as possible.

To register a group of 10 or more:

• On the ADD OTHER PEOPLE screen, click the ADD GROUP button and select the registration type and the quantity of registrations for your group
• IMPORTANT - DO NOT INCLUDE YOURSELF IN THE GROUP COUNT!! (If you have a group of 10, then you will only ADD 9 group registrations for a total of 10)
• Advance to the COMPLETE PAYMENT screen, and submit your payment.
• On the CONFIRMATION SCREEN, scroll to the bottom of the page to the GROUP REGISTRATIONS section and click the COPY LINK button to the right of the screen and paste it in an email.
• Emailing that link will allow your group to complete their own registrations without you having to complete it for them.
• Once your pre-paid registrations are all used, additional registrations will have to submit payment.

If your group isn't that large and you already know their names and email addresses, you can add additional people to your party:

• Gather as many of the names and email addresses of group members prior to beginning registration
• Begin your registration first
• On the ADD OTHER PEOPLE screen, click ADD ANOTHER PERSON each time you need to add someone to your group
• Fill in the basic information and make the standard selections to complete their registration
• Once your group is listed, advance to the COMPLETE PAYMENT screen, and submit your payment

Congratulations! Your group is registered. Each group member with a valid email address will receive their own confirmation email allowing them to login and update their attendee profile.

VIRUTAL ACCESS

We are excited to offer Virtual Access to the 2024 African-American Leadership Conference! All registered conference attendees will have virtual access to all GENERAL SESSIONS via the conference MOBILE APP.

PARKING

Parking is available at the CHI Health Center for $10. Some attendee types will have the option to pre-pay for parking to receive an email voucher that can be displayed to the gate attendant on the day of the event in designated lots.
