He is the Founder and Managing Director of Flare Partners, a strategy and advisory firm serving Fortune 500 companies, public figures, and growth-stage enterprises. The firm has managed more than $10B in client P&L and delivered billions in incremental revenue growth and operational efficiency across engagements spanning digital transformation, marketing and communications, and enterprise operations. Through FoundersCircle, Flare Partners extends its institutional methodology to emerging founders through focused advisory and executive coaching.

Jaylen serves as Chief Executive Business Officer of The Potter’s House of Dallas and ONE | A Potter’s House Church, overseeing operations, enterprise strategy, and organizational leadership across multiple campuses and media platforms. His work centers on aligning vision, structure, and execution within multi-state environments.

He serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Wyman Center, a 128-year-old nationally recognized youth development organization whose evidence-based programs are replicated across the country. He is also the founder of the Bledsoe Foundation, focused on financial literacy and entrepreneurship education for underserved youth.
